It's not the end of the world, I have shown the user how to change to duplicate display, it is annoying though. I have changed the display settings using Windows and the intel software, but no luck.Īll the users have the same laptop and dock setup and are not having this issue, although most of the others are on Windows 7.Īfter a lot of googling, I have seen that the 4600 graphics have had some multiple display issues, but I've not seen any that are the same issue as I am having I have completely uninstalled the driver and done a fresh install, changed the dock, reset the graphic driver back to default, I've used drivers from the HP site and intel site. It is only after a power off/sleep/hibernate that it seems to do this.Īll chipset, graphics and bios drivers are up to date, I tried with an older graphics driver as well, but still has the same issue. If she undocks it while it is on, does some work and docks it again without powering off/sleep/hibernate etc it will display on both monitors properly. I changed it back to duplicate and it worked fine until she undocked it, took it home and docked it again the next day, then again, it would only show on display 2, even though both displays were detected.

Everything was working properly until one day she undocked her laptop, took it home did some work, docked it again the next day and it would only display the image on display 2 (the smartboard) and not her laptop screen.īoth monitors were detected, when I went into the display settings it showed only show on display 2.

I have a user with a HP Probook 650 G1, she uses the HP dock on her desk to connect to a smartboard E70 via display port. I am having an issue with multiple displays in Windows 10 with intel HD 4600 graphics.
